When it comes to creating engaging content on Pinterest, I have a specific routine that I follow. This routine helps me stay organized, consistent, and above all, allows me to create pins that resonate with my audience.

Step 1: Generate Written Content

Firstly, I focus on generating written content. This isn’t limited to lengthy blog posts or articles; it can be as simple as quotes, user-generated reviews, catchy titles, or even emojis. For instance, I often generate around 35 quotes that I believe my Pinterest audience would connect with.

Some prompts you can use are:

Step 2: Bulk Upload on Canva

Once I have my written content ready, the next step is to head over to Canva. Here, I bulk upload the quotes. Canva’s user-friendly interface and wide range of templates make it easy to design pins that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligned with my brand image.

Step 3: Create the Post

After uploading and designing the pins on Canva, it’s time to create the post. This involves adding a compelling description, relevant tags, and posting it at a time when my audience is most active.

By following these steps, I am able to maintain a consistent presence on Pinterest and engage with my audience in a meaningful way. Remember, Pinterest is all about creativity and connection, so don’t be afraid to experiment and see what works best for you and your audience.

Step 4: Automating the posting schedule with Notion.ai

Next, I use Notion.ai to automate my posting schedule. This tool allows me to set up a schedule in advance, determining when each pin will be published. It helps to consistently deliver my content to my audience at optimal times.

Stay tuned for more in-depth discussion on this in my upcoming posts about automation!
